Profile Rectification Machine
Built around your profiles
Designed to straighten and correct the geometric cross-sectional shape of aluminium profiles that would otherwise risk rejection or scrap. Instead of accepting dimensional deformation as material loss, the operator mechanically corrects the profile using individually adjustable straightening rollers and discs.
The machine uses multiple driven shafts fitted with profile-specific rectification discs or rollers. Upper and lower roller positions can be adjusted to suit the profile geometry, while inlet and outlet guiding rollers support the profile throughout. AC drives allow operation in both directions with continuously adjustable roller speed, and the PLC calculates the required speed from the entered roller diameter.
Distortion can occur during extrusion, cooling, handling or downstream processing. When geometry is outside tolerance, conventional practice leaves one option: scrap it. This machine introduces another.
