Die Assembling Machine

Engineered around your dies

Instead of manually joining die components with hammers, the machine applies gradual and uniform hydraulic force, creating a controlled assembly process with virtually no physical effort for the operator. This minimises vibration and shock loads, helping protect delicate components such as the die cap, mandrel and small or fragile cores.

Die components are positioned on the loading arm and forwarded to the assembling area, accurately aligned before pressing. Depending on configuration, roller conveyors, ball-transfer tables, motorised transport systems and tilting devices can be integrated. In automatic operation the die package is positioned beneath the press, the protected working area is secured and the assembly cycle runs before the press returns to its initial position.

Reference designs scale widely: systems for approximately 180 to 430 mm dies, machines for dies up to 750 mm, and large configurations for dies up to 900 mm diameter and 600 mm height.
