A motor-driven vertical storage solution designed specifically for aluminium extrusion dies. Instead of spreading hundreds of dies across conventional racks, the system stores them vertically in a compact footprint. A motor and gearbox drive the circulating storage levels, bringing the required position safely to the operator access area.
The result is a cleaner, more organized die shop with significantly higher storage density and faster access to tooling. Operating is possible from the control panel or remote controller, with movement in both directions. In enhanced configurations, individual dies or storage positions can be called through the control system.
Reference systems concentrate capacity into a small footprint: a 5 m high configuration of approximately 3.35 x 1.30 m is rated for up to 22,000 kg of stored tooling and, depending on die size, several hundred dies.
